We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Boryspil, Kyivska obl., Ukraine.
